The Belvedere Hotel has 37 single and 30 superior double rooms available. The rooms mostly have park views and some rooms have a balcony. The rooms are all ensuite, furnished in a contemporary style with fridge, phone ad satellite TV (including Spa Channel). The Royal Hotel has 18 single and 22 double rooms and 7 apartments, some of which have a colonnade view. The Lužnice Hotel offers rooms without ensuite facilities at very reasonable rates.

The surgeries of the doctors specialising in diseases of the heart and locomotive organs, as well as gynaecologists are situated in the hotel, together with all day medical service and a range of procedures, e.g. massage, electro treatments, magnetic therapy, gas injections, paraffin treatments, oxygen therapy, lymph drainage and specially designed exercises. Other procedures are available in the Imperial and Mud Baths.

Spa guests have their meals in the beautiful double-wing dining room of the Belvedere Hotel which has seating for 250 people. Buffet-style breakfast is served and a choice of meals is available at lunchtimes and for evening meals. The meals are prepared in consultation with a dietician. The excellent cooking has been enjoyed, amongst others, by our national football team.

During the high season afternoon dances are organised, and the dining room is often used for cultural events including interesting fashion shows. There are concerts held in the adjacent summer house, which is also used for aerobic classes in the fresh air. A bar, a TV room and a lounge are available for guests. There are money changing facilities at reception which also sells newspapers and small gifts.
